TCPA – Cullen is a community-based
collaborative health and wellness project that provides an accessible
medical home to children and families. We provide ongoing community and
organizational support for family-focused health services that address
the broad social, health, educational and spiritual needs of children.

Insurance accepted
Our office accepts many health insurance plans, including Medicaid
(excluding Community Health Choice and Amerigroup).

Make an appointment
At TCPA – Cullen, we prefer to see patients on
an appointment basis but we do accept walk-ins. Our office hours are
Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Additional information
Payment must be made at the time of the office visit. The practice
accepts insurance or cash payments.
Dr. Evans has admitting privileges at
Texas Children's Hospital.
