Our office hours are
Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call your FM 1960 Pediatric Center's
office to schedule an appointment for an after-hours visit
at Cypresswood.
Additional information
The responsibility for payment of fees is to the parent or guardian who
brings the child in for an appointment. Payment for services is due at
the time of the visit and can be made with cash, personal check or
credit card. Please bring your insurance card to every appointment.
