Insurance accepted
Our office accepts many health insurance plans. To find out if we accept your plan, please visit insurances accepted, call our office or contact your insurance provider to see if our location is listed as an approved provider.

Make an appointment
Appointments are required to see a physician. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Current patients can request a well-child appointment online, 24/7.

After-hours care is available Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at FM 1960 Pediatric Center - Cypresswood.

About our office
At FM 1960 Pediatric Center – Lakewood, we know the importance you place on your family's health care. That is the reason we have dedicated our practice to contributing to the overall health, growth and development of all our patients.

We have been meeting the health care needs of Northwest Houston since 1974. Our offices are equipped to provide the best medical care for infants, young children and adolescents.

Our team of highly qualified physicians works closely in our group practice. This allows for continuity of care and scheduling flexibility, yet encourages you to develop a strong relationship with the physician of your choice.

Additional information
The responsibility for payment of fees is to the parent or guardian who brings the child in for an appointment. Payment for services is due at the time of the visit and can be made with cash, personal check or credit card. Please bring your insurance card to every appointment.

This location now offers MyChart, a secure, online service that will help you manage your child's health care for your own computer. If you would like to activate your MyChart account, please visit your TCPA practice and ask at the front desk.
