practice. We are dedicated to the health and well being of your children
from birth through adolescence.

Insurance accepted
Our office accepts most health insurance plans, including Pacificare
HMO, PPO and POS.

Additional information
Payment must be made at each office visit via cash, personal check,
credit card or private insurance. It is the patient's responsibility to
pay any deductible, co-insurance or other amount not covered by your
insurance provider.
TCPA – North Shore has admitting privileges at Texas
Children's Hospital and newborn privileges at Christus St. Joseph
Hospital, The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and The
Woman's Hospital of Texas.
Prescriptions may be written, called or faxed to your pharmacy after
your child has been seen. Call our office for routine refills during
normal business hours.
