Personal Statement
Dr. Grant, a native of Connecticut, graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics before earning a medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2005. She continued her training at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, where she completed her residency and board certification in pediatrics in 2008.
Initially in private practice in Dallas, Dr. Grant fell in love with the Texas Hill Country community, and realizing the growing need for primary care physicians in the area, relocated to Austin where she has built a highly respected, thriving practice.
Dr. Grant, who loves to teach, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Dell Medical Center, The University of Texas at Austin and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. You may interact with her students during your child’s appointment.
Dr. Grant is the mother of three and is very active in the Lakeway and Bee Cave communities.
